Return Policy
To maintain product hygiene and safety, returns are limited to the categories below:
Eligible for Return:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or leaked product received
- Product past expiration date upon arrival
Not Eligible for Return:
- Product opened or seal broken
- Partially used items
- Product disliked due to taste, smell, or individual results
- Orders without valid proof of purchase
- Damage due to improper storage after delivery
Return Window
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process
- Email/WhatsApp order ID, photos of product & issue to:

- Our support team will verify and approve eligible requests.
- Pick-up will be arranged where serviceable; otherwise, a self-return option will be provided.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only after returned item is inspected and approved.
- Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except for wrong/damaged deliveries.
- If payment was made via:
- Online modes: refund will be credited to the original payment source.
- COD orders: refund will be issued via bank transfer/credit wallet.
Exchange Option
Eligible products may be exchanged for:
✔ Same item replacement
✔ Store credit of equivalent amount
Safety & Liability Clause
- Customer agrees to read product labels, warnings, and usage instructions.
- inaturefix shall not be held liable for side effects or misuse of the product.
- Customers with allergies must verify ingredients before purchase.
